How has exercise helped you: Exercising has always been part of my life. I come from a very active family so it comes naturally to me. Exercising has many benefits. As well as a healthier lifestyle, it feels good and has a great social side.
Downtime: When I am not teaching I love to join in a good dance class or spend some time relaxing with family and friends.
Naughty treat: Hmmm, hard question as I have the biggest sweet tooth. I do love Cheesecake, but I am partial to anything!
Best piece of advice: The longer you sit down the more your bum will spread
